Vacancies Food Products Co Sudan Packaging Leader Main Accountability Duties & Responsibilities: 1 - Achieve departmental KPI’s 2 - Efficient Reporting to management 3 - Follow up & Co ordination with all other related departments. 4 - Monitor packaging process control system 5 - Analyze process control sheets and implement action plans wherever required 6 - Implement continuous process & Equipment reliability improvement programs 7 - Co ordination with maintenance team on PM & other issue’s 8 - Lead the weekly and monthly department meetings and draw action plans & execute 9 - Monitor the consumption of RM & PM. 10 - Improvement program for efficient usage of materials 11 - MUV monitoring & reporting 12 - Ensure product quality standards (Internal & Global) 13 - Optimize operation plan according to Sales & operation plan 14 - Optimize manpower utilization (permanent & contract) 15 - Following up material movement and issuing on regular report. 16 - Cost control and reduction programs 17 - By products and scraps discarding on regular basis 18 - Maintain & improve safety and hygiene in responsible area’s 19 - Train and improve packaging staff capabilities 20 - Establishing work instructions for all packaging activities Draw & communicate packaging staff SMARTs and Development plan. Refinery Leader Duties & Responsibilities: 1 - Achieve KPI’s 2 - Efficient Reporting to management 3 - Follow up & Co ordination with all other related departments. 4 - Implement & monitor refinery Process control system 5 - Analyze process control sheets and implement action plans wherever required 6 - Implement continuous process & Equipment reliability improvement programs 7 - Co ordination with maintenance team on PM & other issue’s 8 - Lead the weekly and monthly department meetings and draw action plans & execute 9 - Monitor the consumption of Chemicals & Consumables. 10 - Improvement program for efficient usage of materials 11 - MUV monitoring & reporting 12 - Ensure product quality standards (Internal & Global) 13 - Monitor and reduce the oil losses 14 - Optimize operation plan according to Sales & operation plan. 15 - Optimize manpower utilization (permanent & contract). 16 - Following up oil movement and issuing on regular report. 17 - Cost control and reduction programs. 18 - Discarding by products and scraps related to department in efficient way. 19 - Maintain & improve safety and hygiene in responsible areas. 20 - Train and improve refinery staff capabilities. 21 - Establishing work instructions for all refinery activities. 22 - Draw & communicate refinery staff SMARTs and Development plan Apply Please apply your CV by hibainternational Or send your CV to our database Email : hibarecruitment@gmail Closing Date: 18-6-2014
