Vacation Lesson Learned #3: Dont stay at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina...EVER!! It looks nice and has cool stuff outside but service is HORRIBLE. The only way we get anything done at this place is by going to management. Kristine has been fabulous and Demetrius at the pool is excellent. Everyone else has their head up their ass and doesnt know what it means to do customer service. Are we really asking that much when we go to an outside bar (G Bar) thats not busy at 1130pm and ask for a menu, and you make us wait 10 minutes??!! And thats just the start with this stupid bar. Its been a nightmare all day. Ugh Im so done with this place!! 1pm tomorrow cant come soon enough.
