Valentine’s Day 2015 Menu: Soup Tomato Bisque Appetizers Pan-seared jumbo scallops, lightly blackened on a bed of creamy risotto Mashed Potato Martini topped with Filet Mignon Bites & Steak Diane Sauce Beer Battered Lobster bites served with a Wasabi Mayo Entrees Prime Rib 12 oz of Angus Beef slow roasted for eighteen hours and served with buttermilk-mashed potatoes Filet Mignon 6 oz. Filet Mignon, chargrilled to perfection, with the option to add a 4 oz. lobster tail, served with buttermilk-mashed potatoes. Local Grouper Oven roasted on a bed of limoncello risotto topped with two blackened shrimp Pecan Encrusted Chicken Pecan encrusted chicken, pan-sautéed, finished with a Grand Marnier cream sauce, served with a side of buttermilk -mashed potatoes. Chicken Francaise Chicken medallions dipped in an egg-wash, pan sautéed and finished with a sherry lemon butter sauce, served over penne. Pork Osso Buco Slow-cooked & served with Hunter Sauce, served with buttermilk-mashed potatoes.
