Vegan at strong-men competition in Moraira/Alicante I was invited from the organization of the strong-men competition to participate in this challenge in order to demonstrate that we vegans get all nutrients with our cruelty-free plant based food – and that we are as strong as the omnivores. The event will be 20 and 21 of September It starts at 10:00 and goes toll 16:00 and after that there will be some life music. They expect 15.000 people at the event. 12 of the leading European strongmen competitors will be there like the number one from the UK and the number 1 from Spain. And in between the little “carlitos” who will do this disciplines for the first time – and I don’t even have the chance to train them as it is only 1 week time but I will give my best – and I will definitely not have a chance as all the participants are trained in this sport which I never did – but I promise to don’t be the last one…. And I take the chance to invite all my vegan friends who are in Spain to come and represent the vegan lifestyle. I am sure that we can convince many others who like the idea of becoming vegan to do the life-changing step of going vegan, as we will show that we are many out there and we are healthy and fit.
