#Velai_Illaa_Pattadhari - A wholly engaging entertainer. :) DHANUSH rules! He has given an extravagant mass performance in all areas like dance, stunts, comedy, emotions and in delivering punch dialogues. Biggest plus of #VIP is his screen presence and Anirudhs songs and BG score. Even though the story and scenes are nowhere new to us, but still the film is completely engaging and there isnt a single boring scene. Also, after a long time, sentimental scenes have worked so well in a commercial film. On the flip side, few cliches could have been avoided and the pre-climax portions could have been done better. Last but not least, the films going to be a smashing hit for #Dhanush with having all the needed commercial ingredients. And, that is much evident from the roaring response of all the current and past #Engineering students in the theatres! :) Rating - 3.5/5 Verdict - Guaranteed one time watch! :) Detailed review in #BoxOfficeBoss shortly..
