Verizon FiOSVerizon Wireless Respect from Verizon spoke with a lady who calls herself time on 080314 at 1248 . after waiting for a human being to pick up for more than an hour time. this lady had an attitude which Ive come to be familiar with at Verizon. she asked me for three digit code that could be found on my statement which I dont receive. when I pick up the phone I have no access to a computer. connection is cut off short. I couldnt retrieve this three digit code which theyve recently created. if i wanted too as this has been an ongoing, with Verizon for more than 10 years . she stated that she really understood my dilemma and blah blah...so then I got an attitude and she refused to connect me to a supervisor- adamantly refused . I told her I was taping the call. she told me I would have to hang up .the call would be terminated. this is a company I gave more than 35 years of my life too so it really kills me . i never performed my job in such a lack luster condescending manner. I am appalled at this latest experience. this is a perfect example of why I dread to call in to Verizon atanytime. how can you run a company like that without monitoring your employees? how long are you going to go one charging me for a service you dont provide? I must call the public service commission. youve already bought out the news stations....
