The mercenaries were trained in Jordan over the last three years, ostensibly to fight in Syria. They have been infiltrated through Jordan and Turkey. A lot of the funding has come from KSA/UAE/Qatar. The ISIS/ISIL/IS warriors didnt just parachute from the sky they were infiltrated through Turkey along with their fleet of gleaming new Toyotas. The so-called Caliph was released from US custody in 2009. He is a US/Israel asset. He was trained by Mossad. He has been photographed with Senator McCain and with Mr Ford the US Ambassador to Syria.
