Very disappointed with Trugreen after being a long term customer. We normally dont take to social media for issues like, but we feel there is no other alternative in order for our frustration to be heard. As mentioned earlier we have been using Trugreen for three years now with satisfaction until about 3 months ago, when we started noticing that the lawn was not as healthy as it used to be, although, we water and care for it on a daily basis. We have called several times to complain, with zero improvements. They wouldnt even call us back when we requested a quote on several occasions for overseeding and aeration. Then they skipped servicing our lawn for 2 months, and didnt realize it until we called to find out what was going on. They finally came out for a free service last week, but now we have brown spots throughout the lawn! Trugreen is acting as if they had a monopoly on lawn care, by not taking customer dissatisfaction seriously. This lack of care has now cost them my business, plus my referrals and hopefully the business of others that may read this post.
