Very interesting.. If the Lawyer was so Smart.. Witch he isnt.. example.. the idiotic state of California.. requires the icc bumper, witch is that bar on back of the trailer.. to be a breakaway impact of 35 mph .. It to break or give way at that point.. if the dot found one on the trailer that was solid in would be a violation in that state, ironically since truck speed is posted 55 while car speed is 70.. And that is just one state.. But as a driver, I believe that stupidity should be dealt with and the lack of common sense... I also get very tired of the bleeding liberal idiot lawyers that think everything is cured by a law or sue happy only looking to blame someone else for there problems or mistakes and expect to money or paid for their own screw up...
