Very often, most people chose to do something that they dont want to do. They do something they think other people want them to do. When that happens, they split into two. The person who wants to do something, and the person who has to do the opposite. When this happens, the brain is in a battle with itself. The brain is resisting its own intuition. The more the resistance the more the stress. The more the stress, the more the sadness, the illness, the weight gain, the less money, etc. Doing a lot does not come close to the results of doing what your intuition is telling you. When people learn that voice is real and move from it, weight loss just happens, ideas come in for better money, you become happier and healthier, and you seriously enjoy your life. The only thing to focus on is listening to the voice. Letting go of things in your life that stop you from the guidance is more important than setting huge goals and attaining them In my own personal experience, I ate crazy healthy but wasnt happy in one area and I gained weight. Then I let go of an old story and changed a situation, ate regular food and my body lost a lot of weight instantly. I believe the first thing is to connect with yourself. Listen to what makes you feel happy and do it, only. Dont spend one more minute doing what you dont want. Www.evolvingoutloud
