Veterans who receive their care at the Fr. Meade VA Clinic may wnat to kmow some traffic changes no the installation. Starting November 22, 2014, the Reece Road access control point to the Fort Meade Garrison will be closed to all traffic for approximately four weeks. This closure will impact all Veteran patients travelling to the Fort Meade VA Outpatient Clinic. The closure is part of the installations ongoing road improvement projects. During the temporary closure of the Reece Road gate, the Mapes Road/Route 175 gate will be open and serve as the installations 24-hour, 7-day-a-week access control point. Additionally, the Llewellyn Avenue gate will be open Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for visitors, businesses and all non-DoD ID card holders.
