Via GMA news Walang Pasok Monday classes suspended in parts of NCR, Luzon due to ‘Luis’ September 14, 2014 (Updated 7:05 p.m.) Some local governments on Sunday announced that classes will be suspended on Monday because of the threat posed by Typhoon Luis (Kalmaegi). Classes in the following areas have been declared suspended: Metro Manila Pateros (all levels) Malabon (all levels) Regions Hagonoy, Bulacan (elementary) Cavite (all levels) Ilocos Norte (primary and secondary) Nueva Ecija (all levels) Rizal (preschool to high school, public and private) Under Department of Education rules, the decision to suspend classes is up to the local government units.
