Via @Mungai Kimani Hi my brother! please assist me here, yesterday on 22/12/2014 Monday I went to Blue springs Hotel Mpesa, and I wanted to deposit 2000k, in their Mpesa shop. After giving the Mpesa attendant the 2000k, she asked me what I wanted and after told her to deposit. She said that I had not given her any money. I confronted her to carry out a simple audit but she refused and said that she can only do that after work. That is at night. We called the managers and I told them together with the owner to check their CCTV footage. Some managers started saying the CCTV does not work. Since I had gone there with my friends, the assisted me requesting to be shown CCTV footage to know the truth, but they refused and that is when the owner Mr. Pius Nganga Mpesa me his name with 50 bob and told me that, that was he was giving me his number and pleaded with me to leave the matter with him and he would carryout a serious investigation where he was to cal me at yesterday night. I obliged and I went on a party we were holding there as I trusted him. Then came the night, there was no call, not even now I have not received the call from him. I tried to call him today in the morning but he never picked my call. I went to Kasarani police station to report the matter and I was given an OB number OB34/23/12/2014, Then I was told to go at 5.00PM. I am heading there now. Please advice what I should do brother as I need the police or CID to check on the CCTV footage to prove where the truth is. Thank you my brother in advance.
