Just last month, a restaurant in South Carolina refused to serve a group of black people on the orders of a “threatened” white customer. And again in Tennessee, a cemetery has been digging up the graves of African-Americans to give the plots to their white clients. And across the country, African-Americans face yet another threat to their voting rights as the GOP enacts voter suppression laws in state after state with the blessing of a conservative-leaning Supreme Court. Republicans couldn’t even bring themselves to appear at the 50th Anniversary celebration of Martin Luther King Jr’s “I Have A Dream” speech."
