As per Jamies message yesterday I am desperately trying to sell an apartment, 2brm 2bthrm, car park. I bought off the plan and it is ready now, unexpectedly early and I am unable to continue with the investment. This shows the apartment next door which is substantially smaller and more than I am asking. Settlement is 2 weeks and due to the fact it is off the plan you will only pay around 2k in stamp duty instead of high 20s. The balcony is 22 square metres and the apartment is 77 square metres. It is a corner apartment and has floating floors in living areas and very high quality fitters and fittings. If I dont sell I end up forfeiting a hefty deposit to a prick of a developer so as you can imagine I would rather a nice person or a friend of a friend benefited from my unfortunate circumstance then give these guys money for nothing.
