Via writer Carol Niemi - can anyone help her out? :) I write a business column for a weekly newspaper and am looking for businesspeople with good networking stories I can feature in my column. For example, have you made a great business contact at non-business event, such as a childs soccer game? Has a chance encounter in the grocery store led to business? Has an unexpected contact - your manicurist, for example - led to a great deal? Can you related a particularly bad or humorous experience at a networking event? Are certain types more likely to produce leads than others? Im receptive to any and all stories!
