Instructor: Ing. Esteban Acosta Pereira, farmer and beekeeper. EARTH University graduated, trained in biodynamics in Brazil, Argentina and Costa Rica, have travel Latinamerica, learning and experiencing biodynamics, he have participated in the Latin American Biodynamic Conferences in Brazil, Bolivia, Peru and Costa Rica, and the International Biodynamic Conference in Switzerland several years. He is part of the pioneer biodynamic initiatives in Costa Rica, he have promote, teach and advice about biodynamics in Central America and Mexico. He is now a professional biodynamic advisor, with projects in Centralamerica and Mexico, working with Demeter certification, for biodynamic quality.
