::Video:: Is this a case of lawful self defense? 80 year old Tom Greer came home to find two individuals in the process of robbing his home. The two criminals assaulted the elderly man causing a broken collarbone, but fled when he pulled out a firearm. Mr. Greer pursued the two robbers outside of his home and killed the female as she fled. The video after the jump shows Mr. Greer telling the story of the attack. Did he act in lawful self-defense? Was there still a threat of death or serious bodily injury when he pursued the attackers? Should he face charges related to this case?
