++ Video in English: Foreign Ministers’ four-way meeting on #Ukraine ++ On 12 January the Foreign Ministers of Germany, France, Russia and Ukraine held consultations on further steps towards de-escalation in eastern Ukraine. Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier stated afterwards that the talks had been long, frank and had highlighted differences in opinion. Nevertheless, the Foreign Ministers called upon the international Contact Group that convenes under the auspices of the OSCE – The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe in Minsk to meet in the coming days to make progress on the full implementation of the Minsk ceasefire agreement. They also tasked their Political Directors with continuing the four-way talks. Here’s our video in English:
