The core issue of government and civil servants efficiency is we dont have true professionals managing out government depts, not the right man for the right job and certainly salary is the issue and thus privatization is not the solution to build wealth, eliminate poverty and improve delivery system., the main issue is about crony capitalism that Privatization is getting what belongs to the People and lead to governments politicalization of the economy and the distribution of wealth in such system is worst than in a well managed communist country.
