Viking is about positive change, especially in the workplace. This summer we started a positive change with and for the employees. A team was formed to get the most success from the programs we plan to implement. Our team members, Kate Watrous, Cathy Pitts, Lisa Lewandowski, Rob Prindle, Bob McMeans, Bill Brooks, Kevin Carnes, Erin Seely, Sandy Hildum and Sandy Fladry are vol-unteering their time to make our company a healthier place to work. The first program is a 12-week summer walking program called “Walking Works.” The goal is to walk about 8,000 miles from Corry to our sister plant Polycast in Suzhou, China, and back. Along the way we will be stopping at Falcon Plastics in South Dakota, and Polycast Plastics in Tigard, Oregon. We have over 65 people participating in the program, to date Viking Employees have logged 7251.40 miles. Way to go and keep up the good work!
