Virgin Island laws only restrict felons from certain sensitive positions once they served their time. Rehabilitation is pointless if one cannot find employment once released. I support strongly the hiring of Mr. Biggs by WTJX. He is highly qualified for the position, at a salary just over 40K we can hardly say he is living high on the hog, and we will be the beneficiary of his ability to do the job better than anyone else. Mr. Biggs will suffer for year to come for his crime, and as Christians we must welcome the opportunity to be part of his attempt at redemption. (or Stop going to church on Sundays as we are only fooling ourselves.)
