Virtuso la Maestro The very first moment a question leaped from the mouth of a child a teacher was made, destined to change a life of a child. He is Socrates, journeying through the minds of Athenian youths. Excites them through ideas which can be discovered by questions. He is Mary McLeod Bethune, building an institute for learning but uses orange crates for desks. He is Bel Kaufman struggling to go up the down staircase. For a teacher is an immortal being, a being reincarnated through every generation, to guide, build and inspire children. Names long ago whos fame reached far and wide until the present: Jesus, Confucius, Booker T. Washington Moses, Ralph Edward and many more.They were teachers also. Once, a teacher is endorsed to be a politician, a soldier, a priest, a healer and many more. But he chose to be a teacher still regardless of mortal wealth. For he knew, the prize of being a teacher cannot be matched by gemstones and gold. He is a paradox, a great listener while he speaks the loudest. But remember this, a doctor is allowed to usher life in one magical moment but a teacher is allowed and obliged of his free will to mold and guide an innocent soul through the maze of life. An architect perhaps, may build a structure that will be famous for its beauty and may stand for centuries against the wrath of mother earth. But what a teacher builds... lasts an eternity. And so a teachers past is rich in memories. An unchallenged present. And yet allowed to live the days with my future. I am proud for all the teachers out there teaching, inspiring and guiding us through our lives.
