Visted the Batu caves the last rail stop . Batu caves are beautiful sandstone caves .The caves are on the top of a hill to be reached by 272 steps.There is a statue of Lord Murugan ,the tallest statue in the world of Lord Murgan is at the foothill . The caves are on the top open to sky .The limestone chandeliers hanging from the top, are real beauty. The cave on the top has many idols of Lord Murgan, Natraja and other Gods. It was good to see the tourist from the eastern countries praying there.The greenery around is astonishing. After the climb down , visiting the temple,and having stomach full prasad of pulihara rice, sweet rice with all the ghee,dry fruits and other special indian spices was just so much like being in India.It is just the karishma of Lord ,that He never allows his believers to suffer and proves that He is everywhere.
