Vodafone New Zealand has taken a request from Gregory Rice (claiming to be my partner) to make changes on my plan. I have NO idea who this person is! Last week without my knowledge my plan was cancelled/moved to prepay, I have never given advice that anyone but me is a key contact on my account. This is a breach of the Privacy Act. Something obviously not taken seriously at Vodafone. Side note: cancelling a contract with Vodafone may result in thousands of $$$ of cancellation fees. Also earlier this year Vodafone NZ allowed my number to be ported over to Spark. Again without my knowledge or consent, I was without a number for 2 days. I received a $30 goodwill credit and no apology.
