His statement that morning describes the whole atmosphere at the operation post in the compound of the Davao City Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). ACT Member YEU is working with the government in this initiative. Around 300 people of different ages and nationality (native Filipinos and foreign volunteers) gather in the operation post to prepare for relief logistics packages; they are busy with re-packing rice, classifying and packing the used clothes, loading and unloading cartoons of instant noodles, canned food, and other materials, while keeping up the solidarity labour with smile and resonating the spirit of solidarity.
