Volunteers Needed: Annual CAA Winter Event Planning and Hosting Calling All Alumni!! We are already in December and we do not have solid plans for our Annual CAA Winter Event. We need your help! We need to: 1. Find a Venue - Could be a restaurant or a home - Date/Time Preferred: Saturday, December 28th, 2014, 6pm - 10pm (negotiable) 2. Find a Host - Someone to take ownership of organizing the decorations,potluck and the activities for the evening, like white elephant, donation box, etc 3. Spread the Word - Someone to create the invitation, send it out and follow up with reminders, reach out to people directly and get people to commit to attending 4. Event Photographer - Someone to capture pictures of the evening and share them afterward (Im thinking Picasa, so we can share one link for all the photos) If you are interested in helping, please let me know immediately.
