Vote no on N0.1. As innocent it sounds; it is a governmental land grab. Florida has water management districts, ours being St. Johns River Water Management. They are a taxing agencies found on your property taxes. Their purpose is to acquire conservation lands, manage and/ or control private land protecting greenbelts, water shed, and water qualities. DOT and DEP have a huge land appetite too, then the local Land Acquisition Management Plan and the Recreational department. Where does it end.. Why do we need No.1 Constitution Amendment Article X, Section 28? IT WILL GROW BIGGER GOVERNMENT, REDUCE PROPERTIES ON THE TAX ROLLS, AND IS A GOVERNEMENATAL LAND GRAB IN ACORDACE WITH AGENDA 21.
