At the age of 16, King Baldwin IV had saved Jerusalem from capture by Saladin. And between 2007-2008, King Oyo of Ugandas Toro Kingdom was 16 and running charity and development projects. But apparently 16 and 17 year olds are too stupid to make political decisions and shouldnt be voting.
