Voting for the Troop Horse name for Big Al has now closed with the final votes tallied. The majority of votes were received for the winning entry. Introducing Troop Horse General. Trial horse Big Al arrived at our unit in May and was previously used as as a showjumper from Casino. General was registered with EA under the name Stevos Pride. He stands at 17.2 hands and is a 10 year old Brown Irish Sport Horse Cross gelding. General has a very sweet, calm nature and his most redeeming feature is his tall and lanky appearance. He has a very small star on forehead. General will now be spelled for a few months before his training as a Police horse recommences.
