NIV A THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK! A minute of Godly thought is worth more than an hour of talk! There should be more laughter… One Sunday in a Midwest City, a young child was "acting up" during the morning worship hour. The parents did their best to maintain some sense of order in the pew but were losing the battle. Finally, the father picked the little fellow up and walked sternly up the aisle on his way out. Just before reaching the safety of the foyer, the little one called loudly to the congregation, "Pray for me! Pray for me!" Prayer for National Year of Prayer: Pray and place on your fb: Lord Jesus Christ, we confess our dependence on You and ask for Your blessing & protection over us, our parents, our teachers, our nation and Your Church. Bless those whom you have placed in authority over us with Godly wisdom and a personal relationship with You! Pour out Your precious Holy Spirit on us again as You bless each congregation with peace, prosperity and growth. Protect our Staff, Congregation and Pastors, this day.
