WHAT TO DO: • Drive slowly and with caution due to smoke and emergency services personnel working in the area. ROAD CLOSURES: Avoid the area and be aware of fire and other emergency services personnel working on site WHAT FIREFIGHTERS ARE DOING: • Department of Parks and Wildlife firefighters have been busy since the fire was reported • Firefighters have mopped up and left the area safe. They will continue to monitor the area for the rest of the day. EXTRA INFORMATION: • The fire was reported at 4.30pm Friday 14 November 2014. The fire has burnt 10 hectares. • The cause of the fire deliberate lighting. • The Department of Parks and Wildlife is managing the fire. No further updates will be issued.
