Create a small stud work timber and plasterboard partition with a door in another room for a sunbed (aprox 1.5m x 1.5m Square), paint Walls (six walls aprox 4m long each and a very small stairwell), shelves (1 large aprox 4m & 4 small Aprox 1m), doors (2 maybe 3) and small staircase. Wallpaper a small wall, create a wooden window ledge, lay wooden click together flooring (aprox 4m x 4m square), lay lino flooring (aprox 4m x 4m square) and attach curtain to a wall.
