You will know that it has the SSL thing because the web link should be https://yousign.org but instead its yousign.org which is unsafe for users where a website is collecting personal information. Also from the law that was passed in 2011, all websites should have agreement to the user when they enter the site if they allow or disallow the website to collect cookies from your computer. The cookies basically take what you have been doing on the site and passing them around to other companys and websites scamadviser/is-yousign.org-a-fake-site.html !
