***WARNING*** Worst customer service I have ever encountered!! My wife and I were suppose to have a nice vacation in Dominican Republic, but because Delta could not get a plane to start we missed a full day, arrived a full 24 hours later, and we still had to pay for that day, also missed a golf outing. You would think that Delta might reimburse these costs because it was their mistake. Oh No, gave my wife and I a $150 flight voucher each. And would do no more!! It cost us over $750 in hotel and golf costs that we will never get back plus wasted day of vacation and missing a day of our vacation. Delta does not care. I will now pay more to fly on other airlines and will not use the vouchers we were give. I do not have one good thing to say about Delta!!!
