WATCH: The City of Cape Town established a forum through which taxi associations could air their grievances. This followed extensive violence due to a taxi drivers strike on Monday in which at least eight Golden Arrow buses were set alight in Nyanga. Taxi groups are unhappy about an increase in traffic fines. Mayor Patricia de Lille met with taxi leaders and Golden Arrow management.
