WAY TO GO COMCAST!!!! Just called with a question about why a particular program was not listed in ON DEMAND. The heavily accented person on the other end answered the voices in her head....NOT MY QUESTION!!! I rephrased it 4 different ways and still she only responded with her written monologue. Did Obama train these guys in public speaking? I tried for 10 minutes to get her to answer MY question but received stock answers.......hmmmmmmm.......can only answer with pre-written responses..............what ever happened to knowing your job well enough to be able to find the answer for the person calling..........OH, SORRY, MY BAD......FORGOT WE ARE ALL GOING TO HELL IN A HANDBASKET AND MUST BE ABLE TO FIX. E. V. E. R. Y. T. H. I. N. G. ON OUR OWN.......NOW.........WHERE ARE MY PLIERS????
