WE ARE A DYING BREED: We, who teach our children respect & hold them accountable when they are not respectful. We, who care enough to monitor their behavior to ensure it is appropriate for their age & maturity level... Who PARENT, instead of being just our childs friend. We are a fast-diminishing culture, a dimly-cast flicker in a darkening world. We, who guide & teach. Who soldier-on, our shield of morality & honor the only weapon we can pass down to our progeny. We are a long-forgotten idea, cast beneath the muck of a degenerating society. We are outnumbered by the mindless, the reprobates, the countless immorals, who care more for their relationship with their children than their emotional & societal stability. The Care-Nots & So-Whats rarely contemplate what their attitudes imply. Their popularity & the popularity of their offspring, is their only concern. They are the bane of our world, and rapidly increasing in number. Whilst the dwindling few of us rage against them & their lack of ideals. Their lack of understanding. Their lack of caution for what this world is, rapidly, becoming. We are a dying breed, who pit ourselves against the waning social constitution. Who, with all our might, hold fast to dignity & honor & respect. With every turned head. With each ignored expletive. With every small, or great, infraction that goes unnoticed & uncorrected, our beacon of morality dwindles. And, so, dwindles our hope of a better world for the next generation.
