Roles & Responsibilities • Effectively recruited IT Professionals in a time-sensitive environment. • Recruited high-end technical professionals for the new development center. • Leading, mentoring and guiding a team of 2 recruiters • Responsible for recruiting professionals at all levels from various technology domains like Java/J2EE,SAP,Testing,.Net and Market analytics,CA,Management level profiles etc. • Practiced numerous sourcing strategies including referral generation, internet sourcing, and ad placement,social networks and job postings to develop a qualified pool of candidates. • Interviewing and short-listing consultants before submitting to the client or Vendor. • Building relationship with the new vendors to generate business. • Involved in full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, short listing, interviewed, offered, negotiated and closed candidates for assigned requisitions. • Pay Rates Negotiation with Employers. • Coordinated with other recruitment agencies for sharing the skilled resources and requirements. • Established and maintained professional relationships with candidates. • Scheduling Interviews for Consultants and guiding them at the time of interview by providing the information of the client. • Handling post interview aspects such as follow-up with the vendor for interview feedback. • Recruiting via Internet job boards Monster, direct phone sourcing, vendor network, referrals and expanded Internet sourcing. • Initial screening and short-listing candidates as pert the client requirement. • Interview Co-ordination persistently between the Client and the Candidate. • Summarize the clients needs based on the job description. • Negotiate salaries; extended offers and maintained candidate’s information and work contracts Submit formatted resumes of qualified Candidates to IT Clients. • Schedule Candidates for internal and Customer interviews for contract / permanent job opportunities. • Responsible for all aspects of recruiting including understanding job requirements, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers(salary and benefits), reference checks & effectively closing the position.
