The damages that ISIS has caused to our people and Yazedis specifically are unexplainable in words. We have moved past the grieving stage and must prepare further to strengthen our nation at the root of it and that is on our native grounds of Nineveh. These brave men are willing to lay their lives for the restoration of Nineveh, our ancestral capital that we have never been purged out of in history. We will never restore our churches without our own dependable military units, Christianity in Iraq will be annihilated. We will never give up our national identity of Assyrians and we will die protecting our ancient Churches of the East, Chaldean catholic Churches, Syriac orthodox churches and of course our friends shrines of Yazedis.
