“WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL TO DR. GEISS, Ed and Ann tell us. When a CT scan unexpectedly discovered a mass in Ed’s heart, he was referred to Dr. Geiss. “We immediately felt confident with Dr. Geiss,” says Ed’s wife Ann. “He was very thorough and told us the mass must come out.” During an eight-hour surgery, Dr. Geiss removed the benign tumor and repaired another problem he discovered during the operation. “My entire family and I are very grateful to Dr. Geiss and his amazing abilities,” Ed says, “He and his entire staff have been very caring through this difficult time.” Ann agrees, “Not only is he gifted medically, but he’s also a very kind person.” With surgery behind them, these high-school sweethearts are back to enjoying time with their kids, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. “I’ve made a good recovery,” Ed says. Such a good recovery that Ed and Ann celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary two days after he was discharged from the hospital. And that makes their hearts very happy!
