WE HAVE AN IMMEDIATE VACANCY FOR A PHP DEVELOPER: Our client based in the Brackenhurst, Alberton area is urgently seeking the following candidate:- • Assist systems analysts and/or consultants with the development of new functional requirements on web based applications • Participate with program design, including the database and user interface definitions • Develop, test, modify and document program code • Prepare reports on the status, operation and maintenance of application software for use by reseller partners, other programmers and end-users. • Creative and technical aptitude • Good communication skills with an excellent command of English and Afrikaans language • Ability to work as part of a team • A commitment to understand new technology and upgrading of personal skills • A valid South African work permit or South African Citizenship • Looking for a PHP developer that has been coding for at least 4 years in PHP. The candidate is occasionally required to travel locally, nationally and internationally while working on particular projects. Working conditions can be stressful at times, especially if deadlines need to be met. Technical Requirements • PHP 5 (has been coding for at least 4 years ) • HTML • MySQL 5 • Apache • Java Script • Dreamweaver • Must have commercial application and development exposure in PHP Non-South African candidates will be looked at as long as they meet the following provisos; • The applicant must have a work permit with a minimum of two years left before renewal. • That he/she is proficient in the English language (written and oral communication). • That he/she has own transport. Salary Range R 300,000.00 to R 360,000.00 per annum (TCTC) – Salary will be based on experience
