WE NEED YOUR HELP ON OUR NEXT PROJECT! OK, I know some of you are - TopicsExpress

WE NEED YOUR HELP ON OUR NEXT PROJECT! OK, I know some of you are saying “Oh, Boy!”…and some are saying “Oh, NO!” Well, at first I was in the latter group…..then the Lord continued to work on me and now I’m in the former group and saying “Oh, Boy!” I hope most of you all will be as well. (And, NO, we’re not slowing down with our efforts on our latest film, “A Letter for Joe”, either!) It’s just that the Lord started speaking this new project to me and ….off we go! This will also be a full length theatrical feature. It is now entitled “The Diner” and will, we pray, deliver our most powerful message to date. We plan to film it next spring in the Lake County area and the help we need from YOU right now is locating one of the main “characters”: THE DINER. We need the use of a classic diner to film much of the movie. The photos here show the type of establishment for which we are looking. (An old style and/or former WaffleHouse would be perfect!) And here is the rest of our wish list: • The owner of the diner MUST be a Christian. • The diner should be a small establishment. • The diner should be an older establishment. • The diner should be an operating establishment, open for Breakfast and Lunch ONLY. • The building MUST have a lot of windows. • The diner MUST have a dining counter. • The diner should have other tables, near the windows. • The establishment can be free-standing, attached or off by itself. (The only thing for miles would be GREAT!) • The location should be in Lake County or as close as possible to Mount Dora in Orange, Seminole Sumter counties. We will be filming 95% at night, thus the need for an establishment that closes after lunch. It will be impossible to work around a working restaurant that serves dinner and/or is open 24 hours. If you know of such a place, please drop us a note at TheDinerMovie@yahoo and let us know all about it. (It would really be cool if YOU actually owned such a place!) If you have the ability to send along a photo (or photos) inside and out, that would be especially helpful. We need to get the location pinned down as soon as possible. (This info is at TheDinerMovie also) We will be filming with the state of the art RED Epic camera, using industry professionals every step of the way. We have some surprises to announce for the cast as well, so stay tuned! Thanks again and blessings to you all. (See you on October 18th for the premiere of “A Letter for Joe”…more on that in a few days!)
