WE RAISED $77,330 on Indiegogo for my next film, Something Like Summer: The Movie. Just after the conclusion, a private investor committed to another $30,000, meaning our campaign resulted in $107,300 — above our goal of $100,000. Our 24-hour Something Like Marathon attracted dozens of listeners, many of whom stayed with us for large parts of the day. Thanks to all the listeners, and our special guests, including our stars Austin McKenzie and Ben Baur, who gave generously of their time and talent to get folks excited the project. We look forward to shooting this film in six months in Portland, and having a final cut about a year from now. Im so humbled by how many friends — old and new — made this campaign a priority.
