WE WILL CHANGE THE CLIMATE IN CENTRAL TANZANIA No President have ever said that, no minister or mp has ever said that. No RC or DC dared to talk about changing the dry climate of Dodoma and Shinyanga. But if Mwl. Nyerere was alive could talk about it. We all know the disturbing dry climate in Central Tanzania. The Climate in Dodoma and Shinyanga does not support agriculture. The area is Semi-Arid. But we never here the president or our relaxing government talk about initiatives to change the climate in Central Tanzania, from desert to make it productive. No minister of Agriculture or any agriculture officer regardless their levels either from Region or District, ward or village ever proposed to change the dry land in Singida to make it wet. The president, ministers of agriculture and agricultural officers do not know how irrigation transformed Egypt from desert society to become agricultural society. TO BE CONTINUED.
