WEATHER BULLETIN NUMBER THREE TROPICAL CYCLONE WARNING: TYPHOON “#RubyPH” ISSUED AT 5:00 PM, 04 DECEMBER 2014 TYPHOON “RUBY” HAS INTENSIFIED FURTHER AS IT CONTINUES TO MOVE WEST NORTHWEST TOWARDS EASTERN VISAYAS. Strength: Maximum sustained winds of 205 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 240 kph. Typhoon “RUBY” is expected to be at 360 km East East of Guiuan, Eastern Samar tomorrow afternoon. By Saturday afternoon, it is expected to make landfall over the Eastern Samar-Northern Samar area. By Sunday afternoon, it is expected to be at 30 km West Southwest of Romblon, Romblon. A year later, and nowTyphoon Ruby at 205 kph,less than Yolanda but still a powerful wind. With Tacloban people still living in tents, what is the possibility of survival? Is our Government prepared now? Or are they still playing Romualdez-Aquino politics?
