WEEKEND WORKOUT! (You will need a set of weights for first exercise. Im using 8lbs in video.) 1. Hold a bridge position. Feet about hip width apart on floor, knees pointed straight up to the ceiling, dig heels and press hips up towards the ceiling, and pulled towards spine. Keep head and neck relaxed, one weight in each hand. You will do these straight thru holding your bridge the entire time. **15 Chest Press / 15 Fly / 15 Tricep Drop 2. Table top position. Hands under shoulders, knees in line with hips. Cross left knee over right. **20 Extensions straight to ceiling, the return to crossover **20 Lateral Extensions to your left, shoe laces face the front when extended ***Repeat on Right Side 3. Start in standing, step back with your left leg reaching left hand to floor, keeping right knee over right ankle and hop up. **20 Step Back Hop Left ***Repeat on Right Side -Continue 1, 2, 3 for 2 more rounds-
