WESTERN ODISHA CLOSED today by KKD ( koshal kranti dal) to make separate KOSHAL state.... Except emergency services KKD has requested all to close school, colleges, offices, bus and shops... I support KKD, this BJD govt. is totaly focused on development of cities like bbsr cuttack n etc. All the Coastal People Established in Rourkela were only opposing it. They must note that Rourkela comes under Sundargarh District which is a part of Koshal. Jai Kosal :-) Keep it up KKD
