WHAT DO THEY MEAN BY WEST AFRICANS ARE KNOWN TO BE CORRUPT AND THAT PRESIDENT UHURU BRIBED FATOU BENSOUDA (GAMBIAN) TO WIN THE CASE Barely a week after dumping former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and his Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) for embarrassing and humiliating her last year, former Starehe MP Margaret Wanjiru has now weighed in on the ICC debate and revealed everything. Speaking during an interview on KTN’s Morning Express on Wednesday, Wanjiru spoke the Jubilee language saying President Uhuu Kenyatta and his Deputy, William Ruto, never committed any crime against humanity as alleged by the Prosecution. She said the two Jubilee leaders are innocent of all charges they are facing at The Hague-based court and that they were fixed by powerful people, who by then were friends and foes depending on whose side they were. However, she did not mention names for security reasons. Wanjiru at the same time claimed the real culprits who should be rotting in jail are still walking free here in Kenya going around spreading propaganda and called on Fatou Bensouda to drop Uhuru/ Ruto’s charges now that she admitted to having no evidence and come for the real perpetrator (In singular) of the 2007/ 2008 post election violence. She also faulted former ICC Prosecutor Moreno Ocampo for picking the wrong guys to nail at The Hague saying the list should have been broader to accommodate all the culprits. -
