WHAT IS DSF? DSF is a collective specially founded for the Skaftfell Residency in Seydisfjördur consisting of Stefan Cantante, Diana Barbosa Gil and Federico Protto Scutti. DSF wants to investigate, research and provocate through interviews, workshops and happenings with people, especially teenagers and peer groups from Seydisfjördur and periphery the differency of both places - central europe and iceland - in a transmedial, scupltural, performativ and social kind. During the residency the studio will be used as an open collective room where interaction is wanted. At the end of the residency all the collected information will be rearranged, transformed and resumed in an exhibition. The form of that recapitulation is open and will be transmedial, depending on the process that will happen there.
